    The warning is the normal consequence of the CPU handling excessive data, which makes battery warm. It is a recommendation message and not harmful to battery or phone even if the phone feels hot.

          You can follow below actions to make phone return to normal temperature:

     - It is suggested not to expose your phone in the sunshine for  long time;

     - Close large power consumption applications, such as music , chatting applications, GPS application, 3D gaming, video streaming etc.;

     - Reduce the brightness of screen to lower the temperature

  • Q5 What can I do when my device have no respond?

    Please check your device according to one of the following ways:

    -Pull out micro USB port of V101, then plug micro USB port into V101’ USB port again;

    -Supply power for V101 via ALCATEL USB charger (5V, 1A): plug micro USB port of USB cable into V101’s USB port, plug the standard USB port of this USB cable into charger’s USB port.

  • Q6 I was requested to input my Google account during the setup wizard when I switch it on for the first time. Can I use the phone without a Google account?

    Yes, you can use the phone without a Google account. One Touch is a smartphone with Android system which has built in programs such as Google mail and Google Market, which request a Google account for application. We suggest you have a Google account so that you can fully use all the functions of Android operating system.

    Please go to menu-->"Settings"--> “Call settings” -->“Call blocking"-->“Set call blocking" --> select an item you want;

    Firstly, please note that the alarm doesn’t work in power off mode.

    It is a normal situation that temperature of V101 will be a little higher after HD video decoding. But it will return to the normal temperature after stopping device usage for several minutes.

    If you forget the screen unlock pattern, please make user data format in the following way:
    Turn off the handset, press the volume up key and the Power key at the same time for a few seconds until you see the reset interface, then press “Home” key -> Select “wipe data/factory reset” via volume key ->Press “Search” key on home screen to confirm->Select “delete all user data” ->Press “Search” key to confirm -> Please select “reboot system now” and press “Search” to confirm to reboot your phone. The handset can be used without screen unlock pattern after its reboot.
    Please note that factory data reset will erase all data from your phone and you can also mark the “Erase SD card” to erase all the data on your SD card.
